Bishop of the Diocese of Austria-Switzerland, Italy and Malta Andrej (Ćilerdžić) and the Archpriest-Stavrophor Stanko Marković visited the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Switzerland, on March 2nd 2020. In conversation with Serbian Ambassador Mr. Goran Bradić Bishop Andrej and Father Stanko expressed their desire for the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Serbian diplomatic and consular posts in Switzerland to act uniquely, in the interests of the Serbian people, as well as to preserve identity, culture, language, history, tradition and religion of  Serbian diaspora in this country. It was agreed that the Embassy and the Serbian Orthodox Church  jointly perform, where it is possible, as well as co-ordinated activities to increase the number of students attending religious education classes and the Serbian Supplementary School.
