Foreign citizens will not be allowed to enter Serbia without a negative PCR test not older than 48 hours as of 20th December, 2020. This measure is valid for all foreign nationals, regardless of from which country they are entering Serbia. Measure will be valid from December 20th, most likely until January 10, depending on the epidemiological situation.
As for the citizens of Serbia, their right to enter Serbia is guaranteed by the Constitution, however, they will be required to stay in home isolation for 10 days if they do not have a negative PCR test. The quarantine can be interrupted once they provide a negative PCR test.
This measure will be effective as of 20. December until further notice, depending on the epidemiological situation.
