Ambassador Trifunović Attends the “Ambassadors’ Information Day” in Liechtenstein

Ivan Trifunović, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein, together with 90 high-ranking representatives of the diplomatic corps, attended the “Ambassadors’ Information Day” organized by the Government of Liechtenstein in Vaduz.

During the event, Prime Minister Brigitte Haas and Deputy Prime Minister Sabine Monauni presented the key goals and priorities of the Government for the 2025–2029 period. Special emphasis was placed on stability, security, social cohesion, strengthening resilience, as well as the importance of an active foreign policy and the consistent respect for international law in the contemporary global context.

The participants also heard short presentations by Andreas Brunhart of the Liechtenstein Institute, Martin Beck of “Liechtenstein Languages” (LieLa), and Michael Valersi, Head of the Cyber Security Unit. Their contributions further illustrated the practical aspects of the Government’s priorities through concrete examples.

During his visit to Liechtenstein, Ambassador Trifunović also met with Princess Barbara Karađorđević of Liechtenstein. In a pleasant, open conversation, the interlocutors highlighted family ties between the royal houses and discussed opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations between Serbia and Liechtenstein.
