Ambassador Trifunović Presented Letters of Credence to Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein

H.E. Ivan Trifunović, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, presented his Letters of Credence to Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein at Vaduz Castle on 29 September 2025. On this occasion, Ambassador Trifunović emphasized Serbia’s commitment to further strengthening political dialogue, economic cooperation, and friendly relations between the two countries.
The presentation of the Letters of Credence was also an opportunity to recall the historic and familial ties linking the two nations. Princess Barbara of Liechtenstein married Prince Alexander Karađorđević, son of Prince Paul, in 1973. Their son, Prince Dušan Karađorđević, symbolizes the enduring dynastic, cultural, and personal bonds that further strengthen the relations between the Republic of Serbia and Liechtenstein.
