Serbia and Switzerland Before a New Chapter of Cooperation: Interview with Ambassador Ivan Trifunović for Switzerland's Most-Read Newspaper, 20 Minuten

The interview discusses the development of economic relations, the significant growth of the IT sector in Serbia, and the increasing role of innovation, education, and knowledge transfer. In this context, he pointed out the need for greater international engagement and called on Switzerland—in accordance with its traditional role as a neutral mediator and promoter of dialogue—to contribute to efforts aimed at protecting fundamental rights and improving the position of all communities on the ground.

The interview also covers current regional topics, including political relations and challenges, stability issues, and the broader geopolitical circumstances affecting the Western Balkans. Special focus is also placed on social polarization, public dialogue, and the role of media in modern democracies.
